Right-click (or long press and release for a touchscreen) on the Skype for Business icon.
Skype for Business opens and its icon appears on the Windows taskbar. Note the Skype consumer app may also appear in results do not use it.Ĭlick or tap Skype for Business to open it. The results list Skype for Business as a match. 
On the taskbar, place your cursor in the "Type here to search" box. Type skype. Skype for Business can be easily reached by adding a shortcut to the Windows 10 taskbar, which is the bottom strip of your screen. Note that Skype for Business is not the same as Skype, which serves the consumer market.
